ADB05 - Adobe InDesign CC
This workshop will introduce the beginner to the workspace, tools, and capabilities available in Adobe InDesign. We start with the basics (How do I create a new file?) and proceed through more complex operations (I want to design a magazine. Where do I start?). InDesign is the industry standard application for designing multi-page documents, whether they be for print or web. One of this application’s strengths is as a repository for text, raster images (Photoshop) and vector graphics (Illustrator). We will look at how those files are collected into a single InDesign document. We will discuss creating layouts, using guides, aligning objects, manipulating text, and exporting files for various uses. This workshop will be taught using Adobe InDesign CC on the PC computer.
